Job Title: Automation Lead
Job Type:Fulltime
Location: Atlanta, GA

Technical/Functional Skills:
Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills are required
Strong analysis, troubleshooting, and problem solving skills
Understanding of Web Services Standards (SOAP, XML, WSDL, UDDI)
Experience implementing Service Virtualization for QA teams
Knowledge in Test/Defect Management tools – HP ALM/CA Rally
Travel and Hospitality Domain knowledge desired
Broad knowledge of QA project management.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Execute on and/or own the design, implementation and evolution of test automation framework(s)
2. Partner with quality assurance leaders in enabling complex testing strategies with automation
3. Research and implement advanced features of test automation in support of an agile environment
4. Define test automation standard methodologies, standards and guidelines; provide oversight as appropriate
5. Consult and provide direction on automation techniques
6. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers.
7. Keep apprised of innovative test automation approaches and tooling trends.
