Job Title: Drupal Software Developer
Length: 12 months plus

Responsibilities:
Work closely with project team members and stakeholders in order to develop, implement, and maintain (post production support) an Drupal Content Management System (CMS
Configure the agency tenant Drupal solution, including data, display, and information architecture;
Deliver web solutions, including front-end User Interface ( "UI”) and backend services.
Build a responsive website that meets Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”) accessibility guidelines.
Assist other team members in the creation of design documents and other related system documentation, and review and approve final technical design.
Conduct on-the-job training in PHP/CMS implementation for staff.
Develop and maintain a customer-focused relationship with business stakeholders and other IT areas by exhibiting a high level of collaboration, timely communication and responsiveness.
Required Skills:
7 or more years of IT experience as an applications developer.
3 or more years'' experience with the following: configuring and managing a Drupal CMS; and coding and testing PHP, HTML, and JavaScript.
3 or more years'' experience with gathering, documenting, and managing functional requirements and developing technical requirements.
2 or more years'' experience coding using responsive design.
Acquia Certified Developer – Drupal 8 is a plus.
Experience coding using HTML5, Bootstrap, and Twig is a plus.
Three years'' experience coding web pages that meet ADA accessibility guidelines is desired.
Experience working with SQL is a plus.
Excellent verbal, written, relationship building, and client-facing communications skills; must be able to clearly communicate across a cross functional team – with developers, end users, project managers, and analysts.
Strong analytical, planning and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to take concepts and turn them into technical solutions that solve business problems.
Highly motivated self-starter with a strong sense of urgency and work ethic.
Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related equivalent experience.
