What is the specific title of the position? - Application Developer/Support

* Looking for an Intermediate level resource with at least 3 years of experience.

PROJECT: Priority 1 applications within Optum support NPs seeing patients in facilities. This is an application support position with a large focus on the ETL Batch jobs in SQL/SSIS but the expectation would this person would be able to work with end users on User Interface issues and troubleshooting the application as well.

TOP REQUIREMENTS: SQL/SSIS, working in high paced critical application and Strong analytical, problem solving skills.

What are the top 5-10 responsibilities for this position? (Please be detailed as to what the candidate is expected to do or complete on a daily basis)
• Support incidents, problems, enhancements, and projects for Complex Care Management Applications working directly with end users
Quickly respond to high impact application incident / service outages to assist in issue diagnosis and service restoration
Recommend, design and implement solutions for incidents, problems and small projects
Conduct code reviews to ensure the work delivered by the team is of high quality standards
Proactively manage issues/risks and escalate them as needed in a timely manner
Effectively collaborate with numerous technology and business teams across multiple locations
Drive resolution and document root cause for defects in application
Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability or performance of supported application(s)
Create and maintain support documentation
Participate in SCRUM activities to help ensure quality deployments into production
Work closely with stakeholders and business leaders to demonstrate the highest levels of customer service, communication, productivity, and professionalism
Rotating 24/7 On-call support
Ability to work outside normal business hours to address issues for production and support 24x7 application to ensure deliverables needed by the business are done timely
Ability to adapt to change
