Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst with in-depth and broad IT knowledge to assist in troubleshooting and developing solutions in the Products area. The candidate will work closely with business decision makers and IT to develop in-depth requirements, functional design, test plans, and propose cost-effective application solutions for maximum productivity.
Roles & Responsibilities
Achieves and maintains a solid understanding of the business practices, processes and strategy related to Products.
Primarily responsible for the support and enhancement of the Pricing module in Siebel eBusiness application (8.x
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Commercial Solutions, Support and IT personnel in the requirements, design, and deployment of the organization''s business application needs.
Be able to document business problems, analyze them, come up with technically feasible solutions and be able to write FDDs (Functional Design Documents
Support production issues related to Products and Pricing.
Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 5 years'' experience as a Business Systems Analyst with special emphasis on CRM/ERP applications.
Strong experience/knowledge of the Siebel Products domain. Functional and technical application knowledge with hands-on experience managing requirements from areas such as Marketing, Sales, Quoting, Order Mgmt, Products and Pricing modules
Experience with the Siebel Products/Pricing/Order management module is highly desirable.
Superior interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Exceptional prioritization, proficient problem analysis, process and project management skills.
Results-focused, team-oriented professional with a strong work ethic. Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Education
Bachelor''s degree or equivalent combination of education/experience in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
