Job Description :

Business Analyst and System Test Support

Sacramento, CA

Required Skills:

Seven (7) years' (within the last 10 years) in project work and technical writing to include: detailed analysis, development and maintenance of business requirements, technical requirements, use cases and design documents

Seven (7) years' experience (within the last 10 years) in project work in the Business Progress Reengineering (BPR) arena; at least five (5) years of said experience must have been mapping the current state of a business process and analyzing the business process to find gaps.

Seven (7) years' (within the last 10 years) experience in project work in large volume data processing and analysis.

Must have a minimum of five (5) years (within the last 7 years) of experience in Oracle 11g and 19c writing and troubleshooting SQL code to design back-end queries for data set-up and verification.

Five (5) years' (within the last 10 years) experience performing regression test; writing scripts, executing scripts, creating test cases and test data, reviewing test results; also assisting with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Five (5) years' (within the last 7 years) experience with Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards and BI reports in Power BI Platform.

Experience with testing of software deployments/components in the cloud (Azure or AWS)

Experience working with public pension systems or experience with Governmental Retirement Benefits and Health Programs functions.
