Configure Annual Compensation Cycles/Plans with multiple components (Pay, Merit, Equity and Bonus)Configure Bonus Cycle/Plan
Ability to translate and communicate technical concepts to both technical personnel and business users.
Capture requirements, analyze, craft and configure applications to meet the business requirements and conduct unit and integration testing to ensure software quality
Perform full life-cycle development of Oracle Compensation Cloud HCM Applications
Perform improvements, production support of Core HCM, Recruiting, ESS, Client and Compensation modules
