Title : Business Systems Analyst
Requirement : System Analysis, Agile scrum, Claims, Excel Visio
Location : Chevy Chase, MD
Rate : $90/Annum
Duration : Fulltime

Description: Required Qualifications:
* Progressive analysis/systems experience in a large scale multi-platform environment
* Proven project management experience leading projects/initiatives
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision as well as be willing to contribute as a team player. Must be able to perform under pressure, multitask, prioritize, and show appropriate sense of urgency
* Ability to collect and interpret data and communicate findings and recommended course of action to management
* Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills including the ability to communicate technical problems to non-technical audiences
* Critical thinking, decision making, and problem solving skills along with proven experience troubleshooting production problems are a must
* Experience documenting business and system requirements, processes, workflows and their relationships to current and future software solutions
* Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio

Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working part of software development teams focused on front-end, customer applications
* Experience creating and maintaining project documentation such as requirements, view specifications and test plans
* Experience working effectively with a variety of business partners and other IT teams throughout the organization
* Business knowledge and experience with Claims/Claims Systems a big plus
* Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field a big plus
