Responsibilities:

Shall have a minimum of five (5) years of experience in agile development roles including Scrum Master or Product Owner, with hands-on experience on challenges and opportunities faced by DevSecOps agile teams.
Shall have strong coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills. Shall be able to guide teams through issue or conflict resolutions and provide guidance as a facilitator or mentor with empathy.
Shall have a good understanding of Agile software development and DevSecOps concepts, practices, and tools.
Shall possess effective communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills in collaborating with teams, stakeholders, and management. Shall understand change management principles and strategies to help organizations navigate the cultural and process transformation as part of the agile adoption mindset.
Shall possess relevant Agile development certifications including but not limited to Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), Certified SAFe Agilist (SA), or Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
