Initially was part of system evaluation team, Furo, while also interacted with other teams from data architect, developers, IT operations, infrastructure etc. to gather data on various aspects of these new applications. Transitioning to core claims application team named, Bushido, for EDI support, analysis, enhancement & testing. Responsible for EBIX reporting & creating ad-hoc reports for business users. Querying database tables to make requested changes by stakeholders. Collaborate with EBIX & other 3rd party vendors to ensure smooth operation. Outline the critical data points for business users & document them for reference. Evaluating data quality & security parameters surrounding the new systems. Understanding & identifying the critical data points of the current application & how they translate into the new system & the business value obtained. Analyzing the existing data structures & how will that fit in the future state. Documenting details of the application current state to profile potential problem areas in the system & how the new application resolves them.
