o Building and Testing
? ? ? ? Implementation of Solution in Unit, Model and production environment for (Operating Systems, system software, scripts, Custom Code, RSA AA files and Wily)
? ? ? ? Automation of Solution in Model and production environment for (Operating Systems, system software, scripts, Custom Code, RSA AA files and Wily)
o Creation and modification of any scripts and code
o Deployment
? ? ? ? Prepare Change Management Record(s) (For new Deployments)
? ? ? ? Production Implementation support and configuration changes for all required infrastructure components
? ? ? ? Respond to customer ticket requests for configuration changes
? ? ? ? Validate Deployment/Migration Implementation
? ? ? ? Operate and Manage Production Environments
? ? ? ? Monitor, operate and maintain performance Dev, Model and Production
? ? ? ? Respond to ServiceNow incident tickets and day to day customer requests
? ? ? ? Respond to technology deployment audits
? ? ? ? Service Metrics Reporting (Technology and Network Operations reports, Pertinent Report…

o Miscellaneous

? ? ? ? Operational efficiency analysis (Simplification, Automation)
? ? ? ? Execution of approved changes during maintenance windows
? ? ? ? Perform Incident Management and response for all Production Systems within timeframe required by Service Levels
? ? ? ? Perform Problem Management and Root Cause Analysis within timeframe required by Service Levels
? ? ? ? Escalate Incident and Problem tickets to appropriate teams within timeframe required by Service Levels
? ? ? ? Provide Incident and Problem Tracking within timeframe required by Service Levels
? ? ? ? Perform defect reporting, analysis and resolution within timeframe required by Service Levels
