We are currently seeking an experienced ServiceNow technical consultant to join our team full time and assist with consulting, design, implementation, configuration, and knowledge transfer for clients. The ideal candidate should perform well as a consultant, working with customers to identify functional, technical, and business requirements and then turn those requirements into a successful implementation.
Candidate must have a proven track record in successfully implementing ServiceNow related projects, and strong working knowledge in one of the following is required:

Deployment and support of key ServiceNow applications such as:
o Incident Management, Change Management, Service Catalog, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Configuration Management
Experience with the following tailoring utilities:
o Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, UI Pages, Macros, Workflows, Data Transformation
o Integrations with Active Directory
Preferred candidate will possess a BS or BA in Information Technology or a related field with 5+ years of IT experience.

Skills and Knowledge:
ServiceNow product suite training, certification and implementation experience
Working knowledge of networks, the Internet, modern protocols and email, SMTP, POP3
Scripting knowledge such as JavaScript, CSS, XML
Active Directory, LDAP
AJAX, or other JRE platform experience
Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, DB2
OS experience with Linux and/or UNIX including command line expertise
Experience dealing with technical end-users in a support role
Experience with web services via APIs is a plus
A fundamental understanding of IT service management and the ITIL business process
