Job : MuleSoft Delivery Lead / Architect

Location: California, (Remote - Ability to travel to client sites as needed.)

Duration: 6+ months

Person would be taking owner ship of the project from END to END.

Someone who can lead the Delivery of the scope

Service Description MuleSoft integration platform will be leveraged for the following:

  • Receiving EDI into the Salesforce OMS
    • MuleSoft will integrate with the existing IBM sterling B2BI, GSX B2B, Advantage sFTP server and KLIENTSCHMIDT VAN to receive and transmit EDI.
    • MuleSoft will be the custodian of translation rules for EDI that are currently written in the GenWeb application.
  • Facilitating integration between Salesforce OMS, Esker, Service Cloud and HighRadius.
  • Data exchange between Salesforce OMS and Client enterprise technologies.

Scope consideration -

  • MuleSoft messaging application will be consumption based. Currently 12 million API calls are considered for processing every year. Increase in API calls resulting in increased consumption will be evaluated through a change management process for purposes of pricing and associated impacts.
  • Existing KLIENTSCHMIDT VAN, sFTP server, IBM Sterling B2BI and GSX will continue to exist.
  • Standardization of integration mechanism will be attempted where possible and mutually designed between Genpact and Advantage to reduce the cost of existing systems

Responsibilities
Lead and manage MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, resource allocation, budget management, and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, testers, and business analysts, to define project requirements and deliverables.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to MuleSoft best practices and standards.
Drive the implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions, including API design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
Manage client relationships and expectations, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions that meet or exceed client requirements.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation, driving continuous improvement initiatives within the MuleSoft delivery team.
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in MuleSoft and integration technologies, and provide recommendations for adoption as appropriate.
Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
MuleSoft certification(s) such as MuleSoft Certified Developer or MuleSoft Certified Architect highly desirable.
Minimum of 8 years of experience working with MuleSoft integration platform, including hands-on experience with Anypoint Platform, Mule ESB, API-led connectivity, and other MuleSoft products.
Proven experience leading and managing MuleSoft integration projects, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
Experience in Project end-to-end deployment in a highly complex environment.
Strong understanding of integration patterns, RESTful APIs, SOAP web services, messaging systems, and other integration technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and develop practical solutions.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum methodology.
Need to be visionary and proactive with good analytics and risk management. skills.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills
Master's degree preferred.
Prior background on the Salesforce platform (Service Cloud, OMS, etc.).
PMP Certification
Experience in EDI
