Job Title: Sr. Business Systems Analyst W Guidewire

Location: Remote

Duration: Long Term

The Business Systems Analyst facilitates desired business outcomes collaboration with Agile teams. The BSA creates functional requirements that consider both business and technical impacts. Serves as the liaison between business stakeholders and the Agile team to translate business needs into realized business value.

Experience integrating software with Guidewire in the Guidewire cloud (AWS).
Certified in Guidewire Policy Center (Innsbruck or Hakuba) .
Experience in Guidewire Digital Portals. Jutro Digital Platform experience a plus.
Experience in Claims Center or Billing Center a plus.
Business systems analyst experience in an Agile environment plus a strong technical skillset. Candidate should be able to read code, create complex queries, review system logs, read and write system design documentation, and isolate root cause of issues in collaboration with software engineers.
Must be comfortable developing requirements for all end users across any x-center (primarily PC, Portals and CC focused)
