Strong Experience in TalenD
Steady state support of Ab Initio, IBM Infosphere DataStage, TalenD and ODI
ETL/ ELT-Platform Administrative Support.
Incident Diagnosis & Resolution
Service Requests/Work Orders fulfilment
Keep track of Remedy queue
Servers and Clients Installation & Configuration
Software Upgrades and Patch Installations
Managing Server & User Licenses
Operational Health Check (CPU/Memory) and effective allocation of resources.
ETL/ELT Code Deployments
User Administration
Control Center Monitoring
Change RACI (Review, Approve, Coordinate and Implement)
Supporting DR Simulation
Upgrades and Patch Installations.
Server and Client Installation/Configurations
Approving and Procuring Server and User license keys
Adhoc production job request reviews and approvals
Non-prod and production changes request reviews and approvals
Initiating LDAP server migration.
Servers re-host or migration planning.
Optimizing the ETL/ELT process for better performance from infrastructure.
Creating Services Request(SR#) and Problem Management Record(PMR#) with
respective vendors
Root Cause Analysis.
Performing rollback of ETL/ELT jobs by working with application support team.
Decommissioning older software versions.
ODI Agent Installation, Repository & Topology Creation
Creating ODI user wallets
