Job Title: Process Test Lead – Direct Client
Location: Fort Lauderdale, Florida
As a Process Test Lead, you will:
- Lead and mentor a devoted team of test professionals to meet project deliverables and deadlines.
- Interact and collaborate effectively with various teams, including QA, design, production, and others, ensuring seamless work processes are achieved.
- Leverage your rich experience with USA based automobile manufacturers and in-depth knowledge of warehouse management using the Manhattan tool or Supply Chain management using the Blue Yonder or Dynamics 365.
- Manage comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases to assure the quality of our client's processes and products.
- Compile and present regular reports on testing projects, including statistics, results, and improvement points.
**Qualifications**
- Minimum of 12 years’ experience in the industry with a compulsory 4 years of USA-based experience.
- Practical experience or in-depth knowledge of warehouse management using the Manhattan tool or Supply Chain management using the Blue Yonder or Dynamics 365.
- Experience in managing, guiding, and mentoring teams.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to liaison between various teams efficiently.
- Adept at problem-solving and decision-making for strategic management of testing projects.
- Must be located in Florida, USA or willing to relocate.
