Role: Business Process Analyst/Engineer

Job Description:
·Apply business process modeling skills and experience to document process solutions for Privacy Risk Assessment.
·Conduct process discovery by gathering and analyzing information from a variety of sources (SMEs, documentation, and technical) to map and create business process models within a process modeling methodology framework, applying specified Visio templates.
·Using modeling, simulation, and evaluation identify the gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement within the processes.
·Define the requirements, specifications, and criteria for process solutions, and document the requirements for validation and verification of the outcomes and benefits of solutions.

·Roles are used to decide who is responsible for performing the work that is performed within the business processes
·Persona based workflows (with swimlanes or other flow elements)
·Process mapping to delineate flows or sub-processes according to the logical category they fit in.

Required Skills:
Facilitation Skills - must be able to work with a variety of stakeholders and gather information
Process Mapping- Able to translate discussion into process flows and process documentation.
Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal.
Excellent analytical and abstraction reasoning skills, as well as problem solving ability
Expertise in Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies, techniques, and methods, including process mapping/modeling
Experience with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
Ability to facilitate teams toward a common vision or goal.
Advanced skill level with Microsoft Visio.
