Job Description :

Financial Admins- Provide Finance lead support with the stakeholders and the project teams to define requirements for the ERP financial, payroll and absence management systems. Provide planning and execution support for the validation of requirements, testing, system configurations, solutions and extensions, conversions, user provisioning, integrations, quality assurance, reconciliation, and reporting. Support coordination with internal and third-party system integrations with ERP solutions, required quality assurance and acceptance.

Core Skills

 

  • Responsible experience in systems analysis and production support in Kronos Workforce central application.
  • Should have minimum 5 years' experience in Kronos Work Force Central application.
  • Should have Kronos time and leave system knowledge from an administrator perspective.
  • Should know how to resolve accrual issues related to Kronos workforce central.
  • Should know how to resolve timesheet issues and closing a period in Kronos.
  • Should have good experience with system testing, production support and uploads.
  • Should have minimum 5 years' experience in PeopleSoft Absence Management, Time and Labor and Payroll modules.
  • Should have PeopleSoft Absence Management and Time and Labor experience with setup of absence frameworks, absence calendars and configuring entitlements.
  • Should know how to resolve regular absence and time data issues.
  • Should know how to configure rules in PeopleSoft Absence Management and Time and Labor.
  • Should have experience with system testing, production support for PeopleSoft leave, Time and Payroll systems.
  • Should have good knowledge of PeopleSoft Payroll for North America from issue resolution and setup perspective.

 

Education & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in relevant business or technical field and 5 or more years relevant experience. (Functional position) Minimum of 4 years' experience serving as a Senior Financial Systems Manager related to providing senior level system support and analysis related to process improvement activities,

projects/system enhancements and/or upgrades in the public and/or private sector, Federal, State or Local governments or in another specialized area
