Functional Consultant –Talent/HR Technology Solutions
Remote role
Role Overview:
As a Functional Consultant, you play a crucial link between our team and our partners' clients, meticulously guiding them through the process of identifying their requirements for HR technology solutions. This key role is instrumental in directing the functional design, configuration, and successful deployment of these solutions. It requires a perfect blend of strategic insight and technical expertise, ensuring the delivery of holistic solutions that adeptly address multifaceted needs of our Partner's clients.
Key Responsibilities:
· Strategic Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes and objectives, aligning with both short-term and long-term client priorities. Develop and present recommendation for the future state, addressing product gaps and enhancement requests.
· Functional Design Leadership: Spearhead the functional design and configuration of HR technology solutions. Stay engaged throughout the implementation process, providing continuous support and consultation to ensure project success.
· Solution Architecture: Lead in translating business functional requirements into technical specifications. Design scalable and adaptable solution architectures, including interfaces, testing plans, and enhancements tailored to client environments.
· Project Management Support: Assist in determining levels of effort, timelines, and resource plans in coordination with project management teams. Lead kickoff and design sessions, ensuring clear communication and alignment across all project phases.
· Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams. Ensure clear documentation workflow changes and secures buy-in from all relevant parties. Serve as a key facilitator for collaboration and knowledge sharing.
· Continuous Improvement: Contribute to enhancing services and solutions through feedback loops and by sharing best practices. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to influence future developments and integrations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management or related fields (accompanied by demonstrable technical exposure or experience)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Talent Intelligence platform implementations or other HCM software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Oracle, Taleo)
· Demonstrated functional experience in leading solution design and functional configuration for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent development and other talent related areas.
· Strong initiative, ownership, and the ability to exercise independent judgment.
· Excellent communication, teamwork, and customer relationship and serviceskills.
· Abilityto engage effectively across various levels of the organization with confidence.
· Willingness to travel 0-25%, depending on project requirements and client needs.
Implementation Consultant –Talent/HR Technology Solutions

Key Responsibilities:
· Functional Discovery & Design: Lead functional discovery sessions alongside Solution Engineers and Architects to fully understand and document the client's current workflows. Spearhead the functional design process; ensuring solutions are tailored to meet client needs.
· Strategic Recommendations: Work closely with clients to formulate recommendations for future workflows, considering both short-term and long-term objectives, goals, and technical limitations. Verify these recommendations are practical and meet client expectations before formalizing in Statements of Work (SOW).
· Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with Partner's Services, Product, and Engineering teams to assess the technical feasibility of proposed solutions. Ensure alignment across business, technical, and compliance requirements for a unified implementation strategy.
· Implementation Leadership: Manage the implementation process, coordinating with the Partner's Engagement Manager to organize initial kick-off and discovery sessions. Lead the discovery phase, modifying workflows as needed and facilitating change management processes.
· Documentation & Communication: Maintain clear documentation of all workflow changes and configurations, obtaining agreement from both internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a consultative resource throughout the implementation, encouraging continuous improvement through feedback loops.
· Customer Feedback Integration: Proactively engage with internal teams to convey and integrate customer feedback, influencing future product enhancements and solutions.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology or Human Resources Management (accompanied by demonstrable technical exposure or experience)
· Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting Talent Intelligence platform implementations or other HCM software (e.g., Workday, SuccessFactors, Eightfold, Oracle, Taleo).
· Demonstrated technical experience in leading functional design processes and configuration for for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent development and other talent related areas.
· Exceptional communication skills with ability to effectively presenting and discussing technical solutions with clients and internal teams.
· Proven track record of successful technical project management and implementation, capable of navigating complex project requirements and change management processes.
· Strong initiative, ownership, and independent judgment.
· Willingness to travel 0-25%, depending on project requirements and client needs.
