Job Description :
2+ years’ experience in Zendesk Administration, set-up, process mapping, planning, implementation & testing (Modules - Support, Connect, Explore, Help Center, Chat, Talk, Message, Embeddables, Satisfaction Prediction, Relate)
Good understanding of Zendesk integrations
Good understanding of Bulk import of data
Ability to implement workflows, triggers, automation in Zendesk
Exposure to Zendesk APIs
Exposure to UI customization in Zendesk
Working knowledge of SQL
Good communication ability (Verbal & Written)
