Role Summary
Description:
We are seeking an individual with excellent analytical & communication skills. The ideal hire will have a high degree of adaptability and a willingness to dive in and get things done. In this position, you will be responsible for managing tasks to execute Meraki''s Program Lifecycle Management Tool . You will work directly with the Sourcing, Hardware PM, & JDM teams to carry out actions that will improve the overall data management process.
Responsibilities:
Manage cross-functional PLM tool to drive effectiveness and efficiency
Execute initiative implementation (e.g., manage deliverables to deadlines, integrate activities across work streams, identify key dependencies and surface risks and issues as appropriate, etc
Understand the how the PLM system operates and help manage database
Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
Interpret data and analyze results
Collaborate with Asia based partners and drive actions (will require evening calls, 20%)
Qualifications:
Strong analytical and excel skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks on a tight deadline
Strong communication skills
Logical reasoning and enthusiasm for finding efficiencies
Experience with Salesforce.com is a plus
