Job Description :
Job Responsibilities:



· Maintain full recruiting life cycle/end-to-end recruiting.

· Obtain job orders from their network of clients and contacts.

· Recruit, interview, evaluate and conduct reference checks to determine qualifications.

· Evaluate, match and prepare qualified candidates that match client demand.

· Ensure client satisfaction by supplying candidate’s excellent customer service and expected results.

· Proactively develop applicant database via active recruiting, obtaining referrals and re-activating candidates.

· Negotiation of client fee structure and candidate offers.

· Participate in industry trade associations to increase our presence in the local IT community.

· Establish strong candidate relationships.

· Work with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Vendor Management Systems (VMS

· Train and manage recruiters team onsite and offshore.

· Continue to build database of Consultants, vendors, clients and keep them active

· Manage and perform account management activities as well



Required Skills:

· At least 3+ years of experience as a technical recruiter, recruiting IT professionals

· Strong background and proven experience in sourcing/recruiting IT professionals at various levels and technologies based on job orders

· Extensive experience in recruiting using, Social Media, Job Sites/Boards, Internet, Channel Partner recruitment and through networking

· Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills along with good negotiation and decision-making skills.

· Must be a Hunter

· Must be willing to work in a fast paced and challenging environment

· Must be self starter and work with minimum supervision
