Minimum 12~15 years of Software Development experience with lead activities.
Title for this position is TSL (Technical solution lead) driving feature end to end starting from Requirement, participate in design, get designed signed off, requirement propagation to teams, implementation monitoring, code review, client integration, QA monitoring, performance monitoring, BUT, and production roll out. This person is likely to handle multiple such projects simultaneously. Senior profile and experience level matters a lot here.
Profile is more of a full stack engineer who is responsible to work in complete SDLC.
Good attitude and willing to learn.
Expert in JAVA / JEE with Spring framework, Web Services, JMS, JDNI, JUnit, experience in working on clients like (Android, iOS, hybrid, windows) or one of above mentioned flow is a must (using Angular or Node
XML / JSON / XSL
Application server - Websphere Liberty, Tomcat
Cloud experience (AWS or GCP) is advantageous.
Git and Maven
Restful Services
self driven to lead the project and offshore members.
