Tasks
· Manages vendor engagement and leads the project teams in Enrollment Product Modernization discovery and roadmap initiatives
· Conducts and leads customer interviewing and discovery sessions and provide playback on feedbacks collected. Participates and attends conferences and town hall calls to provide project communication and status updates to a broader audience.
· Ensures the impacts and interdependencies between technology products and programs are identified and managed while delivering initiatives meet the goals and objectives
· Assist in executing the overall approach and strategy for delivering multi-release and multi-year Enrollment Product Modernization program.
· Manages the software development in waterfall and Agile (Scrum and Kanban) implementation of highly complex, large scale, strategic modernization initiatives across CLIENT technology products and services.
· Provide leadership and assist in product team transformation from Waterfall to Agile methodology
· Proactively identifies risks and opportunities of both business and technical plans; identifies Risk Mitigation Strategies and Contingency Plans for all identified Risks. Maintains the project level risks and issues log. .
· Provides both verbal and written communications regarding project issues, risks; status, direction, and recommendations for improvements to senior management at ClientCLIENT.
· Manages allocation of resources within the project(s) to meet work fluctuations and budget and time constraints in the delivery process.
· Works closely with the CLIENT Program Manager to align, prioritize, and manage all change requests and projects associated with assigned technology product to ensure alignment to the Modernization Product roadmap.

Customer Interface and Project Management
This Senior Project Manager will assist in managing and support the Enrollment portfolio. Within that portfolio he/she will manage the Enrollment Product Modernization effort with heavy focus on customer facing interface such as conducting discovery, playback, conference presentation, and stakeholder communication. The deliverable is the multi-year Roadmaps with an integrated delivery plan across all ClientCLIENT Enrollment areas and other products; infrastructure support teams; vendors; and external customers targeted at a specific implementation date.
Exercises judgment based on broad experience to recognize and escalate risks before they become an issue to the project delivery schedule.
· Evaluates complex situations accurately and identifies viable solutions that create successful outcomes for the customer.
· Resolves political, customer, resource, budgeting, change, and legal issues affecting the program.
PM Support
Supports CLIENT Program Manager and Project Managers in risks and issues identification, tracking, and escalation
· Manages resource assignment and tracking to the project plan and project schedule in coordination with CLIENT leadership, CLIENT project managers, business owners, and customers.
· Manage Vendor relations and procurement related to the projects
· Provide project status reporting on time following SOPs and PMO guidance
