Required Skills:
Ø 10+ years of related business process and systems analysis experience
Ø Experience in leading projects preferred
Ø Recent & strong experience on SAP GIS
Ø Thorough understanding on Agile methodology and understanding of agile culture
Ø Expert level Microsoft Excel skills and advanced presentation and facilitation skills
Ø Works independently on large, complex projects as a project leader
Ø Demonstrate advanced organizational business understanding
Ø Ability to communicate and influence organizational change and gain organizational support
Ø Exercise independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance with broad scope and complexity
Ø Perform assigned tasks of high complexity using established procedures, standards, and guidelines
Ø Must have the ability to develop strategies and have solid decision-making skills
Ø Able to present highly complex data and findings to senior leaders
Ø Expert business analysis research and problem solving skills.
Ø Independently leverage broader business understanding to perform critical work and be responsible for complex projects performed within a broader technical and business context.
Ø Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or job-related discipline or equivalent experience
Roles & Responsibilities:
Ø Works closely with product owner, technical lead and line of business team members to analyze and formulate recommendations for changes needed to – business process, data and core systems.
Ø Builds and maintains strong relationships with business units and external agencies.
Ø Presents findings and makes recommendations to management or others within organization.
Ø Develops and tracks metrics that provide data for process measurement, business operations or risk assessment.
Ø Manage benchmarking efforts, coordinates support through IT departments
Ø Works with IT and functional leadership to establish a variety of key business, financial and performance metrics
Ø Create metrics and compile dashboards and reports; develop summary variance explanations and recommends remedial actions.
Ø Performs complex research internally and externally.
Ø Performs analysis on highly complex data models that have cross-functional impact and presents recommendations.
Ø Works on complex problems having broad impact that require in depth analysis and judgment to obtain results or solutions.
Ø Acts as a subject matter expert in area of field and applies extensive knowledge of concepts, principles, and practices.
Ø Leads the effort to identify, analyze and improve existing business processes within a department to meet new goals and objectives.
