Job Description :
The various responsibilities of the business analyst include: researching and producing requirements, gathering and writing functional specifications/use cases, performing workflow analysis, acting as liaison between the customer and the technical team, and providing project management support.
Prior experience of business analysis in a healthcare environment is important. A candidate should also possess effective communication, analytical, computer, and interpersonal skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum of a four-year degree in business or healthcare related field required
4+ years of healthcare and business analysis experience highly preferred.
SKILLS:
·Must has Health care experience in care management
·Experience with total project life cycle and related methodologies.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Knowledge of agile project management is preferable
Ability to prioritize work
Ability to translate concepts into concrete tasks
Superior analytical skills
Ability to perform root cause analysis
Experience with healthcare claims and care management preferred.
Ability to research emerging data issues to advise on potential resolutions
Excellent writing and communication skills, with an ability to translate complex ideas into clear, easy-to-understand concepts.
Ability to multi-task and deliver quality work on time.
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills with ability to drive issues to resolution
