Job Description :
Essential Skills:
3 years working with ServiceNow is needed
ServiceNow System Developer certification is advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred
Extensive experience configuring the ServiceNow platform
In-depth experience with ServiceNow modules such as Problem, Incident, Request, Service CatLog, Knowledge, Gauges, User Administration, Workflows, Roles, Access Controls (ACLs), Content Management, and Email is needed
Familiarity with Business Rules, UI Actions, SLAs, CMDB, Asset Management, UI Policies, Service Portal, and Scheduled Imports is preferred
Knowledge of Agile, DevOps, and Scrum is preferred
Working knowledge of ITIL with certification is preferred.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and web page development is preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment of continuous change and challenges.
Excellent communication skills with technical and non-technical team members.
