Job Description :
Candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of managed services across a large IT infrastructure environment (LAN/WAN, server infrastructure) , to include, Portfolio, Financial, Change, Configuration and Demand Management. Candidate must be able to stand up and support execution of ITIL-based processes within a managed services environment.
Education:
BS/BA with Degree in Comp Sci, IS, or Business mgmt. preferred.
ITIL v3 Intermediate minimum.
PMP is a nice to have.
Responsibilities:
Manage service portfolio for infrastructure-based services (network, AD, security management)
Identify and manage patterns of business activity within environment, and make recommendations for service changes, as required
Support prioritization among upcoming projects/changes to services, based upon dependencies, financial cost, customer needs
Capture customer requirements for upcoming service changes
