Job Description:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with minimum 8+ years of experience.
7-10 years of experience of analyst experience in Commercial Banking or related areas
Strong experience in Payment schemes like Wires/ACH/RTP
Strong experience in Oracle and Reporting tool
Strong experience in payment messages like SWIFT, NACHA, ISO 20022
Experience in creating technical documents and reviewing Business requirements/ Test Plan and other artifacts
Demonstrated problem solving and analytical thinking skills.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, presentation, and collaborative skills to work effectively with teams throughout organization
3 or more years of experience in Agile development but also understands waterfall approach
Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio, HP Quality Center, SharePoint, Jira and Confluence strongly preferred.
Understand and Drive User Acceptance Testing criteria "
Work with commercial banking product managers to understand requirements for work streams
Payments (Domestic & International)
ACH, Wires, Transfers, RTP, Bill Pay
Payments Services - Positive Pay, Reverse Pay, Stop Pay
Collaboration - Alerts/Messaging/Chat
Security and Fraud prevention
Information reporting/Reports
Document user stories in JIRA and leveraging Confluence and SharePoint
Acts as the "Subject Matter Expert" (SME) and provide business knowledge as needed.
Provide Support during migration execution
Monitoring of Project Progression
Weekly Project Reporting
Demonstrate excellent communication skills including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
Ability to use strong industry knowledge to relate to customer needs and dissolve customer concerns and high level of focus and attention to detail.
Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams and lead meetings
