- Strong experience in BSA role in Supporting Salesforce Sales Cloud, Apttus CPQ, Quote-to-Cash best practices and methodologies
Flexible and adaptable in regards to learning and understanding new technologies
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving, analytical and investigative skills
Ability to conduct research into software-related issues and products

Experience:
- Degree in MIS or relevant business experience
- Minimum of 5-7 yr. of industry experience
- Minimum of 3 yr. business systems experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Minimum 1 yr experience in Apttus CPQ, supporting Quote-to-Cash process
- Strong Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud, Apttus CPQ functional and configuration knowledge
- Knowledge of Applications
