Job Description :
o 7+ years of designing, configuring and developing complex supply chain solutions using SAP PM and MM modules.
o Must have SAP PM (Plant Maintenance)
o Proficient in writing requirements document, functional specifications and preparing business process flows.
o Experience with designing new enhancement programs, reports and interfaces with non-SAP systems.
o Strong understanding of ERP interrelationships and dependencies of related modules and systems
o Demonstrates familiarity in the following areas: testing, project management, related Lines of Business, software development, SOX compliance, regulatory compliance, operational/disaster recovery, operations, maintenance, etc.
o Conform to IT methodology Application change and delivery
o Nice to have SAP EWM, QM and Ariba experience
o Nice to have SAP ABAP programming knowledge and/or debugging experience.
o Nice to have MM Certification
o Nice to have Utility experience
Primary Role & Responsibilities
o Provide expert consulting in ERP Systems to the client to identify and satisfy the business needs.
o Responsible for solution design and implementation involving SAP Work Management / Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials management (MM), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM),
o Ariba and Quality Management (QM) along with other IT applications.
o Analyze end-to-end complex business processes and information needs of the clients in one or more business functional areas (may include external entities
o Partner with business team, technical analysts, architecture and strategy organizations to develop strategies and plans to integrate SAP to total solution.
o Evaluate and document alternatives that will provide the most effective solutions to complex business problems.
o Responsible for SAP RICEFW (Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancements, Forms and workflow) objects development in supply chain area for projects, enhancements and production support.
o Responsible to prepare requirements document, As-Is, To-Be processes and identify gaps.
o Design system processes to bridge the gap, build proto-type, prepare functional specifications, prepare test plan and test scripts.
o Perform unit testing, integration testing, regression testing, support user acceptance testing (UAT) and obtain business sign-off.
o Provide SAP subject matter expertise to lines of business and ensure best practices are adapted.
