Responsibilities
Lead cloud discovery workshops with customer teams to understand business needs, pain-points, investment priorities, identify white spaces
Lead cloud migration assessments and cloud roadmap definition workshops. Define target start architecture and migration roadmap in alignment with customer’s business and technical priorities
Lead technical solutioning for SAP Cloud migration RFP/RFI response. Demonstrate, explain and defend technical solution with customer team
Function as a SME to review cloud architecture designs, roadmaps, perform system health-checks, and drive cost optimization initiatives
Skills – Must Have
12-15 years of experience in SAP administration (Basis) with 4+ years as a Solution Architect
Experience in migrating SAP workloads to public cloud
Experience in managing technical relationship with the customer
Experience in developing & presenting clear and concise technical solutions
Experience in developing/implementing SAP High availability/disaster recovery solutions on public/private cloud
Proficient with SAP administration activities including SAP OS/DB migration, system copy, performance tuning, hardware sizing, HANA Architecture
Ability to facilitate workshops and to identify business requirements
Ability to manage and deliver multiple priorities in a constrained timeline
Experience working in highly integrated environments and with multiple SAP / non-SAP systems
Working experience of leading a technical team and has worked in onsite/offshore model
Skills – Good to have
Hands-on knowledge of Linux platforms
Knowledge of Infrastructure and networking basics required for the cloud landscape set-up
