Operational Risk Analyst - The Operational Risk Analyst will support the
Multifamily Enterprise Governance Team in the development and adoption of
appropriate processes and procedures designed to mitigate the risk of
non-compliance with vendor contracts.
Primary responsibilities of the Analyst include:
Review vendor contracts and identify significant restrictive terms.
Prepare contract summaries, including contract overview and significant
restrictive terms.
Assess the terms of the contracts using the Client operational risk
assessment framework.
Document related controls, where applicable.
Facilitate meetings with contact owners to review contract summaries and
risk assessment.
Position Requirements:
Bachelor''s degree with 5+ years'' experience in an enterprise /
operational risk or related role
Contract analysis experience preferred
MS Office skills including MS Word, MS Power Point, and MS Excel
Experience working with MS SharePoint preferred
Experience working with GRC tools (e.g. OpenPages, Bwise, etc preferred
Proven interpersonal and communication skills
Strong organization, project management and leadership skills
Team player
