Direct experience and understanding of ERP implementation cycles.
A minimum 10+ years'' experience with Oracle R12 E-Business Suite (EBS
Must possess excellent Consulting skills and have past experiences working with business teams to perform Operational Analysis, identify gaps, and map requirements to defined Oracle processes.
Experience working on global implementations is preferred with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with the resources/business across regions of USA, Canada and Mexico.
Proven experience with business user interface, project management and dealing with functional consultants and technical resources is required.
Must work very well in a team environment.
Extremely efficient with all Microsoft office products, including Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of business processes and requirements in environments of Manufacturing, Projects, after-market parts and outsourcing
