Job Description :
Summary:
This IT Business Analyst will be a key member of the team, providing daily support for Oracle Lifecycle Management Production and QA environments, enhancement projects and strategic initiatives related to the Oracle PLM suite. The individual in this role must have comprehensive systems implementation and administrative experience of Oracle PLM for Process (P4P), including but not limited to GSM, SCRM, NPD, PQM, 4P4 & Oracle EBS Integration and Master Data Management. Report development and workflows LIO Profiles and Smart Labels setup a huge plus!

Skills:
4-6 years of experience implementing Oracle Lifecycle Management (P4P Experience LIO Profiles, Components Catalogue, Smart Labels is a huge plus!
Functional understanding of most PLM4P modules
Understanding of R&D and Quality general business operations and internal controls; ability to assess and provide input into impact of a business process / system change.
Ability to troubleshoot and multi-task in a fast paced environment and act with a sense of urgency.
GMP, Silliker and SQF Audit experience a huge plus!
Knowledge of My Oracle Support and the service request process.

Responsibilities:
Manage Oracle PLM 4P Applications modules as a functional and Technical administrator performing system implementations, administration and daily support to existing applications.
Extensive experience in GSM, SCRM, PQM, NPD, eQ, Supplier Portal, DRL, UGM, WFA and CSS
Work closely with Oracle development team in the creation, validation and maintenance of multifaceted user interfaces and functional/non-functional requirements.
Participate in the design, build and implementation of business processes, and system solutions to solve business requirements; help bridge the gap between ‘business problems’ and ‘technology solutions.
Experience with Master Data Management, Oracle PLM Upgrades, Testing and Validations.
Investigate system configuration options to provide functional expertise when developing solutions to meet business requirements; develop strategies to use standard functionality to meet business needs whenever possible.
Collaborate with technical development teams and coordinate work efforts when addressing new implementations, functionality enhancements, and application updates.
Assist with developing project plans for deployment of new technology.
Participate in the strategic initiatives.

Education:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Quality or R&D experience required.
