Mandatory Skills

Able to support the Data Center Operations primarily focused and Rack and Stack Incidents and Requests
Basic Troubleshooting of Hardware Issues (Network Devices, Servers and Storage/SAN devices)
Basic Operating System troubleshooting for Linux and Windows Operating systems
Familiarity with Virtualization services such as VMWare and Openstack
Able to be on-call for responding to any emergencies in the Data Center
