We are currently seeking an experienced IT Staffing Account Manager/ Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Chantilly, VA.

Function:
He / She will be responsible for driving specialized IT staffing revenue, for the existing and new accounts. Overall responsibility of delivery, Revenue growth, Margins, customer relationship and compliance processes. Growing our existing client base and develop new accounts.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT Sales and Account Management is required
Account Planning and account mining
Proven successful sales record in the IT Staffing and Consulting Industry
Ability to meet sales targets on a regular basis
Develop and implement procedures to ensure smooth running of accounts
Opportunity identification, tracking and conversion
SLA/Metrics and commitments monitoring with customer as applicable
Manage MSA, Contracts Terms and Conditions compliance
Develops relationships with Active Consultants to drive customer and consultant satisfaction
Works effectively with cross-functional departments such as recruiting, HR, Legal, Finance
Successfully negotiates contracts, rates and terms
Proven relationship building skills
Ability to interact with customers, candidates and recruiting team on a timely basis
Strong knowledge on legal work authorization within the US

Required Qualifications:
IT Sales / Account Management: 2-3 years
Demonstrated success working within large, national accounts, SI Partners or Direct Clients
Ability to communicate with customers and recruiting team in a timely manner
Demonstrates a high level of dependability and integrity
Excellent communication skills-verbal, written, in-person and interpersonal skills

Compensation is base plus commission and great benefits with ability for rapid growth.
