Job Description :
Title: IT Programs Manager
Location: Jupiter, Florida
Estimated Duration: 12 months with possible extension.

Requirements:

Experience as an IT Programs Manager (3+ years);
Experience managing all phases of the project life cycle;
Experience managing multiple projects;
Experience managing stakeholders’ expectations;
Experience working with support teams (contact center, help desk, infrastructure);
Experience with ITIL;
Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred);
Scrum Master Certification (preferred);
Experience in overseeing Agile Software Development Lifecycle (Scrum or Kanban) (preferred);
Six Sigma Certified (preferred);
Experience with automation (chat bots, virtual agents, etc (preferred);
