Manage information technology and computer systems, ensure users IT issues are resolved within the agreed SLA,


Mandatory Skills:

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Expertise in data center management and data governance

Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation

IT Assets management and compliance for that location

Hardware platform: Laptop/ Tablet/ Handheld device L2/L3 support.

OS : Windows 10 OS , MAC OS, IOS ,Android

Install, Configure & troubleshoot the deskside tools like Office (o365, MS teams, One drive, Outlook), conferencing tools like Webex, go to meeting etc.

Email Client: Outlook install, configure and troubleshoot.

Location compliance to be maintained ( Antivirus, patching, Disk encryption )

Account specific compliance to be adhered and sustained.

Location VIP support to be taken care:

o Support VIP in establishing the conference calls( telecon/ video/ Dx80/ Spark ) and troubleshoot the connectivity issues.

o Perform Daily , weekly Preventive maintenance on proactive basis to ensure the health of the IT assets owned by the VIP

Coordinate with Domain team/ Vendor / OEMs to resolve the issues

Good Communication skills

ITIL Certified ( foundation )
