We are hiring for the role of business analyst for our clients and the consultant would also need to act as the key interface between the users and the project manager, ensuring that all stakeholders' needs are met and that proposed solutions align with business goals. As part of this role, they would need to perform user acceptance testing to confirm that the final documents and solutions meet the user's requirements.
Overall, the ideal business consultant is a team player who possesses strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. They should also have a deep understanding of the business processes and methodologies and the ability to develop and implement effective solutions that meet the company's needs.
Business Analyst Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in any field
- A minimum of 0 - 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills and documentation skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Consultant must be in US.
- Onsite and Hybrid roles in various cities of New Jersey and other states also.
- Work authorization required is H4 EAD, GC EAD, GC and USC
