Sr Tech Writer:
Works with the development team
Writing documentation prior to going live
Knows how to ask questions in detail
Example: what did you build, how do we know when something goes wrong, how do we fix it.
Writes documentation manual etc.
They don’t have quality documentation to hand over to production and support area
