Responsibilities:
Manages EES system integration in production projects
Responsible for system level design / cost / quality / time trade-offs and technical decision making for issue resolution within the project / product plan guardrails.
Ensures the project development activities are completed on time, meeting all requirements, including cost, quality & performance targets to support the project plans and project execution.
Ensures full EES system validation through use of predictive validation methodologies in concept, design and product validation stages.
Provides technical systems expertise in coordinating subsystem development activities and system integration, owns technical system-level trade-off decision.
Builds & owns integration plans @ Architecture / Product level .Consistently foster Systems Modeling, Knowledge generation/reuse, TTF-TTL approach, OpEx embedment.
Responsible for driving Product Leadership through WPD process including creating and maintaining DVPs, FMEAs, documenting part revision history, releasing CNs, procuring prototypes for development, testing and builds, etc.
Deliverable:
Full EES system validation, including documented system capability and readiness for all product leadership attribute targets at Product Validation gate.
Full EES system delivered on time, at cost and at quality.
System models and knowledge captured for reuse.
Plan Roadmap.
Develop technical design selection, architecture consolidation.
Execute: Project delivery on time, cost, quality.
Skills:
