Role description:
Partner with internal OD Consultants and global business leaders within eBay to understand their requirements and support the selection & deployment of relevant qualified coaches or consultants
Source best in class global/local vendors to address business requirements
On-board external vendors (consultants, coaches), own high level relationships with vendor providers in Region and hold them to our high service standards
Work with the Vendor & Engagement Manager to support the building of long-term vendor partnerships
Manage the evaluation and continuous improvement initiatives and deliverables / partner with OD Consultants to drive process improvements
Work with various data sources to develop organisational insights based on engagement requests and outcomes
Partner with GT&OD Operations Lead on OD Practice communication (stories on People Community profiling relevant tools/topics etc
Support OD capability building and embedding of frameworks/tools/processes
Manage and deliver on Internal Consulting engagements as required

More about the person:
10 years of broad Leadership/OD experience
Systems thinker who is used to working at both the individual, team and organisational levels
OD diagnosis of business needs / asks insightful questions and understands business context
Someone who can complete internal consulting assignments (ideally worked as an internal consultant or has the skills to do team effectiveness and facilitation work at a Director leadership level)
Experienced in managing vendors relationships and negotiating pricing
Comfortable working with details (data and basic analytics) but can also think strategically and systemically
Creative problem solver
Fast executer with a strong customer orientation
Experience in change management and/or organisational design is preferred
Experience in working as a coach or a coaching qualification is a bonus
