Title: Change Management Lead for ServiceNow Implementation
Location: Sacramento, CA
Position Type: Contract
Estimated Project Start: September 25, 2017
Duration: 6 months

Mandatory Requirements
Minimum 5 years'' experience with ServiceNow training and implementation.

Technical Requirements
Expert level knowledge of ServiceNow (Express & Enterprise
Deep knowledge of Change Management and best practices.

Desirable Qualifications
ServiceNow certifications

Scope of Work
Analyze and implement current change management process to ServiceNow Express.
Plan next step migration to ServiceNow Enterprise.
Train SME in ServiceNow change management (2-5 staff
Support training for incident and request management (Support Center functions
Train general users (approximately 200+) in ServiceNow change, incident and request management.
Assist in developing methodology to add CIs to ServiceNow.
