Primary Skills Required:
As a healthcare EDI Lead Business Analyst serve as a liaison between business groups, functional and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into conceptual design.
Partners with internal stakeholders to capture requirements and test EDI solutions to ensure that solutions meet quality standards. Coordinates the development, implementation and operation of E-commerce (B2B EDI) and the interfaces with business systems.
Will be responsible for the corporate compliance of EDI solutions that comply with Sarbanes Oxley and the emerging Payment Credit
Key Responsibilities:
Excellent oral communications skills and customer relations skills; position works extensively with outside customers and vendors
Extensive knowledge of billing and receivables systems and processes.
Outstanding technology leader with the ability to architect and develop EDI solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Establish billing requirements for centrally managed customers that create the best match of customer process to client capabilities by guiding and coordinating cross-functional teams.
Management of EDI technical team to ensure delivery of current and new customer EDI processes.
Partners with business teams to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements.
Developing user acceptance testing strategies in conjunction with end users.
Design an effective business process for the electronic exchange of business documents by analyzing both the client and trading partner system flows and requirements.
Ensure the effective processing of business data by working with the technical team to design and develop business systems interfaces required to support the process.
Ensure the accurate and compatible exchange of business data by designing and providing functional requirements for the mapping of data to the appropriate transactions and versions.
Ensure the accurate and compatible exchange of business data by testing the solutions provided by the technical team.

Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of Payer Claims Processing Systems such as HPE Metavance, Facets, etc, EDI standards, practices, and mapping software
Knowledge of EDI document standards 270, 834, 835, 837, and others
Knowledge of Oracle Financials and Oracle Billing
