Position: Business Process Analyst
Location: Foster City, CA
Duration: Long Term
Requisition Details:
Strong in Life Science/Biotech industry experience delivering Business Process Analysis and Business Process Maps in a cross-functional Supply Chain and Manufacturing environment
Strong business process presentation skills, with expertise and creativity in preparing business presentation contents using MS PowerPoint or alternative softwares e.g. MS Visio.
Very solid experience in facilitating, conducting Business Process workshops; preparing pre-workshop and post-workshop contents; and helping manage risks, issues, action items and critical notes
Experienced with analyzing Life Science industry business processes in the space of Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Product Lifecycle Management ( Oracle Agile PLM)
Prior experience in facilitating and conducting end user training, preparing contents for training material in collaboration/co-ordination with Business Analysts(BAs) assigned on the project
Understanding of value stream analysis model in Supply Chain is an added advantage. Ability to utilize the value approach to analyze current gaps in the business process and propose future recommendations
