JD for Business Analyst

Comprehensive knowledge of methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall.
Experienced in technical troubleshooting and providing quick STF/LTF to customers.
Experienced in working in fast paced customer support teams/tools.
Track/manage/close the support tickets to ensure SLA''s are adhered.
Experienced in making quick decisions during P1,P2 and setting up/working in war-rooms.
Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skill
Engage with the Business Unit troubleshoot existing issues and provide guidance to future releases
Experience in Cisco Licensing/Commerce is good to have.
