Salesforce Administrator - San Francisco candidates only

As part of the Wealth Management CRM Support group, you will be assigned a business line segment for which you are the CRM Support SFDC Admin. In this role, you will be acting as the Relationship Manager of that business segment. Understand their business processes and how our customized instance of Salesforce works for them and how it could be improved. In the support role, you would be responsible for answering support email requests from Level 1 or the users within the designated SLA. In addition, your role handles various Salesforce configurations such as setting up users, updating data in mass, setting up reports and Dashboards. At times, requests warrant engagement with the development team. At which point you would be acting as the Business Analyst defining the problem statement and working with the development team on a solution in an Agile environment.
