Job Description :
Interview Format: 1st – Phone Screen, 2nd In-person

Must have worked on RoboHelp tool
Tasks:
Technical writing to support online end user documentation for Releases and Projects.
Work with a tool and teams of subject matter experts (SME’s) to create and deliver documentation from RoboHelp and other documentation tools using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
Focus on the solutions from the customer’s point of view to ensure the deliverables bring real value to the customers.
Work closely with the requirements and test teams to develop clear, concise end user documentation from scratch or through revision of existing documentation.
Assists with internal and external customer requests and maintains required documentation.

Required Skills
Bachelor of Science in English, Journalism, business, or a technical discipline (e.g., Information Systems, Applied Science, Operations Research)
· Five (5) or more years’ experience as a Technical Writer producing documentation to support projects implemented using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
· Five (5) or more years’ experience with technical writing tools, applications, and workflows
· Background in effective use of hyperlinks and parent/child files
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written (in English)
Experience creating technical documentation such as user guides, technical guides, templates, training materials, etc.
Experience developing and managing technical documentation review process steps
Experience researching tools, procedures, and technical configurations
