Key findings from this analysis include:

During Q4, there was a 10% month-over-month decline in the number of new consulting jobs. During Q4, there was an approximately 12% increase in the number of consultants looking for work. Despite the downturn, there are key skills that are in strong demand. Also, some states are showing strong growth in the number of available IT contract jobs.
