Interview Process: Teams with video, ideally only one round
Background Check:
- 7 year criminal (federal, county, state)
- Employment verification 7 years
- Education verification
- Drug test - 10 panel
- Candidate vaccination or vaccine accommodation/exemption through BH HR required
Hours / Shift: First 40 hours / week *in order to work OT must have VP written approval prior
Notes: It can be as quickly as take a few days and up to 2 weeks to confirm a start date for candidates after they accept the verbal as the ITERR form approval process moves through the internal course

Must haves
- 6-10+ years of experience
- Strong communication skills, they will be involved in coordination efforts verbally and written
- Strong follow up skills
- HR related project experience
- Any experience with HR would help (not necessarily Workday)
- Need someone with strong knowledge of validating integrations, coordination with other systems
- The systems integrating with Workday are CVS specific like RxConnect
Day to day:
- Integrations they would need to work to make sure that integration is working fine
- They will be handling coordination of files
- Planning when can end users expect the files, does it look good etc
- Determining if there are any environmental dependencies
- Keep track of things
- Do the integration testing, from a testing perspective the minimum experience needed is that ability to develop a test plan
